Abstract
The article addresses the evolution of pedagogical practices with the aim of fostering research skills in both students and teachers. Through a comprehensive literature review, three fundamental trends are identified in this context: the comprehensive reformulation of teacher training pro- grams, the importance of a collaborative approach to research, and the integration of advanced technologies in the educational field. The need for a complete curriculum reform to equip educators with solid research skills is emphasized, promoting critical and reflective thinking. Collaboration between teachers and students is posited as a key facilitator for the joint construction of knowledge, enriching the quality of the teaching and learning process. Furthermore, the inclusion of emerging technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for personalized learning and the conduct of more complex research. These trends emphasize the importance of inclusive and critical education, capable of addressing contemporary challenges and preparing individuals to analyze and transform their social environment in a reflective and informed manner.
