Abstract

Continuous teacher training plays a crucial role in improving teaching practice. This study investigates the impact of professional development programs on teachers' pedagogical effectiveness and professional growth. An exhaustive analysis was carried out that included theoretical support, rigorous methodological procedures, and data collection through surveys and observations. The results indicate that well-structured programmes not only increase disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge, but also strengthen teachers' motivation and confidence. The conclusions highlight the need for personalized and continuous programs that are adapted to the specific needs of teachers, thus promoting more effective and student-centered educational practices.
