Abstract
This document gathers some of the most relevant aspects of the Theory of Experiential Learning (tel), as a variant of constructivism on its democratic participation focus and meaningful learning. The tel has a lot of application possibilities as a theoretical and methodological frame in education, that refers to relevant aspects to the teaching-learning process as experience, environment, the relationship with other people and with yourself, from a humanistic an integral optic.
