Abstract

Colombianity is a notion that has attracted attention in the 21st century due to the complexity of the issue, while the ideological currents of modernity have failed to represent the concept of nation. The decomposition of politics-making, no longer done by the altruism of the nation, governance, public administration and government, but by personal interests; the capture of the state and the state apparatus by criminal entities, bipartisanship and corruption, has allowed the birth of a social and political perception, a collective consciousness in action, which goes far beyond post-liberalism (third way), post-fascism (All-Right), and post-Marxism (progressivism), and which hopes to be realized in a practical theory at the national level.

For this reason a project is formulated to begin the construction of a Fourth Colombian Political Theory, based exclusively on the social, political and economic circumstantial facts in which Colombia is immersed, because only by being able to manifest the only cohesion of the nation in pure and universal concepts, as this theory, based on the unity of identity and the demands of the Colombian people, we will be ad portas of a genuine fact for the Colombian and the whole nation.
