Multimedia tool for students in Bogota as “The Bicycle Capital of the World” Herramienta multimedia para estudiantes en Bogotá como “La Capital Mundial de la Bicicleta”

Abstract

The increase in the number of bicycle users in Bogota has given rise to problems rooted in mobility behaviors, although the city is progressing and including bicycle users in its plans. The growing demand for new spaces for the free transit of these generates problems of raid, within the vehicle fleet that is growing according to the years, already after overcoming the recent pandemic, reason for which includes new problems that must be attacked when we talk about mobility and traffic. The accident rate, as a major problem and of great interest within these individuals is a factor that although not left aside by government agencies, do not offer a correct strategy for the eradication of the accident trend, in this project from the research participation is intended to cover an alternative that includes showing the root of the problem and that within the community can present effective solutions that go hand in hand with digital and multimedia tools offered by graphic design.
