Abstract
The need for academia to reinvent itself and respond to social, cultural, political, economic and technological demands is one of the primary requirements for building qualified education. The CUN’s Graphic Design programme is a national benchmark on how, from training courses with a national presence, a large part of the labour market can be influenced. For this reason, this paper proposes an academic reflection on the importance of enhancing its institutional strengths and taking advantage of a social group as rich and interesting as that of the students of the institution, who must demarcate
the pedagogical bets that will be built over the next ten years. The curricular inquiry within the program has been fed by the research intentions that, in one way or another, influence the approaches and discussions on the future of the program. These interactions are presented in this article, mainly in the theoretical framework and results.
